Location was close to downtown. Breakfast was good.

For the cost, felt the furniture and decor were below grade. Stayed at other bed and breakfasts for less which were more nicely furnished. Felt the rooms were expensive relative to their appearance. The outsideand grounds also were not as nice as other bed & breakfasts that were cheaper. Would not repeat or recommend to friends.

The beds n pillows were the most comfortable out of all the places we stayed. Andrea, the owner, was very accomodating.

It had a perfect location. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful with directions and information. Our room was very comfy and clean with lots of space.

Everything was quite lovely- may be considered a bit dated but that is to be expected in a Victorian Inn.

Andrea washed & dried our swimsuits and towels for us. Saved a piece of quiche from today for tomorrow's breakfast.

No A/C!!!!!! Not comfortable temp.for sleeping... even though Andrea claims her husband is in the AC business. Towels smelled musty when drying off. Home needs major renovations such as electrical and heating,A/C, new plumbing in order to charge prices it does!,, .... we had to pay an extra $35.00 a night for our 15 yr old son to sleep in an existing bed in the same room(2 doubles)-basically extra towel and morning breakfast- again too overpriced!!! Bathroom too small, shower curtain too short by about a foot, had water leaking on wooden floor in bedroom(but that's more the owners problem), curtain attacked you while showering!!! DOORS & LOCKS NEED FIXING!!!!
